Both Still Reptiles

24″x36″, Acrylic on Canvas, Early 2006

“In the end, you’re both still reptiles” is the first painting I painted for my daughter, and the painting that got me painting again after a long period of not producing work. It depicts the battle between an alligator and a snake, both professing to be “good”, but in fact, each simply representing a different facet of “evil”.
